Archiving a property

There may be occasions when you would like to archive a property, such as when a project is cancelled or when a property is sold or transferred. Openera offers an archive facility to hide the property from your day to day view, but retain the information for retrieval at a later date if needed.

When you archive a property, it will remove the property from all property lists, switch off all notifications and remove all future events from the event calendar. It will also be excluded from reporting and any site statistics automatically. However, all information about the property will be retained in full.

You can view archived properties by selecting an option to include them in your listings.

You can also Unarchive a property to return it back to a fully active asset.

To archive a property, open the property profile page. On the right of the screen, next to the edit button there is a button that says Archive. To archive the property press this button.
